K31
7.5x55mm

The K31 is hands-down my favorite bolt action rifle. This straight-pull rifle was the standard issue rifle in Switzerland, where all men are required to own a rifle and be in the militia. It has an intersting piece of history under the buttstock, where a tag has the name and address of the citizen it was issued to. This is the most accurate off-the shelf milsurp rifle you can get, and has a very fast rate of fire, and the surplus match-grade ammo available makes for a high-powered tackdriver. This rifle is built like a Swiss watch, and is a blast to shoot.
