3.5 is basically NATO 3.0...However, there's lots of improvement.
Almost all the Planning Phase/inventory bitmaps have been re-done,
and are the best I've ever seen. They don't look like real photos,
but rather appear to be created using some graphics editing program.
Since the inventory bitmaps are the most you'll see of your armament
during the missions, it's nice that ARMM took the time to make them
